About

An Event Specialist, Working in Detail.

PAS DE EVENTS plans, designs and coordinates occasions from Panchkula, Haryana — for hosts in the Chandigarh tricity and for celebrations that travel further afield.

Brand Story

Built Around How Occasions Actually Run.

PAS DE EVENTS works as an event specialist: planning, design and coordination held together rather than handed between separate parties. The practice is deliberately structured around the parts of an occasion that guests feel most and notice least — the sequence of a day, the pace of service, the ease of arriving and leaving.

We work across destination weddings, corporate gatherings, leisure groups, social celebrations and venue coordination. The scale changes; the method does not. Understand the brief, choose the destination and venue honestly, design within the room's strengths, and manage the production so the schedule holds.

Based in Panchkula, we plan regularly across Chandigarh and the wider tricity, and travel with our clients when a celebration belongs somewhere else.

Our Approach

Four Principles.

  • 01

    Bespoke

Every occasion begins from your brief, not from a template. Scale, tone and pacing are shaped around the people in the room.

  • 02

    Curated

Destination, venue, styling and hospitality are chosen as one composition, so the experience reads as a single considered idea.

  • 03

    Seamless

Logistics, suppliers and service touchpoints are held quietly in the background. Guests see the occasion, never the operation.

  • 04

    Memorable

Detail carries meaning. The moments guests recall are designed with the same care as the ones they photograph.

What We Value

How We Work.

  • Discretion

Private occasions stay private. Details, guests and plans are handled quietly and shared only where needed.

  • Hospitality

Guest comfort is the first design constraint: seating, temperature, pacing, service and rest are planned before decoration.

  • Precision

Timelines, supplier briefs and run-of-show documents are written properly, so the day does not rely on memory.

  • Restraint

Fewer, stronger decisions. We would rather execute one idea completely than layer four incompletely.

Planning Philosophy

  • Plan from the guest's point of view

We map the occasion as an arrival, a sequence and a departure before we discuss styling. If the journey works, the design has something to sit on.

  • One brief, one team

Design, venue liaison, hospitality and production sit under a single brief so decisions do not contradict each other on site.

  • Decide early, refine late

Structural choices — dates, destination, venue, guest count — are settled first. Detail is refined once the frame is fixed.

  • Hold the day calmly

On the day, our role is quiet: keep the schedule, brief the suppliers, absorb the changes and let the hosts be guests.

Experience Principles

What a PAS DE EVENTS Occasion Feels Like.

Unhurried, warm, and quietly organised. Guests should feel hosted from the moment they arrive; hosts should feel free to be present.
